LEADERSHIP – self advocacy, empowerment, conflict resolution, empathy, mentoring, feedback. WRITING – clear and concise, actionable, grammar, literary devices, style and structure, proofread/edit. INTERPERSONAL SKILLS – socializing, networking, collaboration, persuasion, negotiation, speaking up, explaining. CULTURAL – figurative language, humor, immersion, awareness, sensitivity, metaphor. PRESENTATIONS – impromptu or prepared, vocal variety, body language, public speaking, motivating, storytelling. PRONUNCIATION – accent, stress patterns, understanding & being understood, intonation, vocabulary, comprehension. I was dedicated to the program during my maternity leave and my coach has a really deep understanding of my workplace challenges and I feel these sessions play a huge part in my professional growth and they really boost my confidence. We work online and she supports me offline. I have really ramped up in all aspects of workplace communication and formed a strong professional relationship with my coach and these sessions provide a lot of support for me both in a personal and professional capacity. I am working on a variety of things with my coach twice a week.
